Inductus began as a private limited company offering HR Consulting, Outsourcing, and Program Management Services, later expanding into staff augmentation. The company soon established its Training, Development, and Capacity Building vertical and undertook project implementation across government, development, and corporate sectors. Inductus diversified into Infrastructure and Engineering, starting with Telecom Network Implementation and later adding Civil Engineering Services. To drive social impact, Inductus Foundation was formed for CSR and development initiatives. The organization also expanded into IT Consulting, Data Centre services, and tele-medicine projects. The group entered the Education and Skill Development sectors through Inductus Academy, Inductus Business School, and multiple skill development centers, partnering with the Ministry of Rural Development, Government of India, as a Project Implementation Agency. Inductus expanded into e-commerce logistics through Ecomlogix, strengthened international partnerships, and undertook landmark projects such as the Bihar Jail Skill Development Project. Further growth included entry into the Defense sector, formation of Inductus Projects Pvt. Ltd., launch of Taajoo, Inductus Jobs, and the establishment of its Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.
